Great customer service and the staff is knowledgeable, helpful, professional and friendly.
I was seen as a new patient at Smile Design for their $49 special. I received standard dental X-rays, a panoramic dental x-ray, a dental hygienic charting of my gums, photos of the inside of my mouth and exam. It was extremely thorough. Dr Bui was very precise in his explanation of why I then needed $13,000 of dental work. Be prepared!
Called location to verify if my insurance and plan would be accepted. I was told yes, and I submitted the online new patient application. The evening before my appointment, I receive a phone call that I need to provide my insurance details over the phone, to which I reply I did submit them and inquired what the forms I completed were? She says those were new patient forms. So I ask if she is able to view the insurance details from them.
