Dr Munro is thorough, professional, trustworthy, knowledgeable, skilled, affable and helpful. I’ve been a satisfied patient for several years after switching from the assembly line, commercially driven, high traffic, craven business model of Greene Dentistry. His staff is a mixed bag. Classic bate and switch I need one left eye taken out on the left. Simple! I called told 49.00 office visit 100.00 for extraction. Great! no problem, I already had the x-ray from the first bait and switch dentist office earlier. Dentist comes in has me open my mouth and exits the room No instruments were placed in mouth. Then a lady comes in with a treatment plan, 800.00 to pull a tooth. Have been a patient at this location for a long time, since the space first opened as a dental practice. Smile Design runs a great practice. Each dentist has been better. Currently Dr. Munro, DDS is exceptional. The staff is friendly, very helpful and adept. I would highly recommend this practice. And FINALLY they are validating parking as the office is in the professional space in the bottom of the Fort Brooke Municipal Garage. Thanks for that!
I will give this location a 10 instead of 5 stars, Dr Munro and the staff are very caring and acknowledge. Dr Munro is an angel and im glad I found out about him and his staff, I had a toothache and my previous dentist referred me to an ordodontic which a root canal was done, then my molar kept hurting more and more I called them I went again they said was and infection and they prescribed me antibiotics, another 10 days went by and I went back again for the 3rd time, they said it was an inflamation and they prescribed me st... read more
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Best experience I’ve ever had at a dentist! Matt and his team are extremely friendly and accommodating — they even worked around my schedule with no problem. I was in and out quickly, and everything was handled with care and professionalism. Overall, a great experience, and I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist.
