I was happy to get a broken molar taken care of but the upsell for crowns is WAY TO MUCH!!!! I would have loved to have made this my regular denist but I can not have a crown put on a back tooth because there is a cavity, I would just like the cavity fixed. If I was a naive person and didn't know what they are telling me is simply their advice, I would have believed I need about $30,000 worth of work, when I truly went in for a broken tooth.
I’ve been trying to reach Smile Design Dentistry in St. Petersburg for months, and no one ever answers the phone. I’ve also tried their online chat multiple times to pay an outstanding bill, but still no response. Messages don’t seem to get relayed or followed up on, making it nearly impossible to get any assistance. This is not how a business should be run, especially one in healthcare. Extremely frustrating experience—if you value customer service and communication, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.
Went to this dentist had dentures made they came out horrible I had to use my tongue to hold them up called went back and all she said was use glue nothing about fixing them also needed a cap an two fillings doctor quoted me 600 dollars with my insurance..went to New dentist Kelment family dental soooo much better fixing my dentures and gave me a cap with my insurance was only 200 with a deep cleaning so this dentist in my opinion seems to be after money!!!! Beware
This place is awful. I don't even want to give it a one star. I went in and waited, they could barely do X-rays on me because of my mouth condition (not their fault). Ultimately they said I need to go to a dentist with sedation when I asked for a referral they couldn’t give me one. I asked the dentist why she couldn’t give me a referral if this is her expertise. I hate to write this review as the dentist hygienist is amazing. She is wonderful. However, office staff is unprofessional, and useless. I scheduled a cleaning 6 months in advance. Only for them to call me the morning of the appointment 9:45am left a message to confirm. I called at 10:08am they already cancelled my appointment and shared they have a new policy which I wasn’t aware of that I need to confirm.
