I just want to thank all of the staff who work at Smile Design Lake Mary. Every experience I have had from walking in the door until I leave has been excellent. Everyone is so positive and kind. Dr. A and Lindsay took exceptionally great care of me and explained everything they were doing. Thank you again and I will be recommending your office!
This is the absolute BEST dental office I have ever been to. The ladies at the front desk are extremely helpful and full of smiles. Lindsay and Dr Andujar are amazing and so detailed with what they do. They truly care for their patients and I will never go to another dentist again. Thank you for your kindness!
I could not recommend this dental office to anyone. I went in the beginning of January because of a chipped tooth. I was told I needed a crown. Needing a crown turned into needing a root canal. I went back in to have the temporary crown removed and the permanent crown seated. The dental assistant began drilling my tooth after she said the dentist would be coming in for the procedure. This office has no regard for patients’ time. On multiple occasions I have waited over an hour and a half to see the dentist, just to receive low quality care that I now have to have corrected by a new dentist. Horrible practice that I would recommend avoiding if you can.
Friendly staff. Short waiting times. Highly recommend. I got a crown put on as well as a few cavities filled. Will utilize them in the future! I wanted to update my review to comment on the professionalism of the staff. I was in today (3/19) to check on a possible cavity. I witnessed a patient who made a review for today claiming the staff were manipulators.
