Absolute 5 stars! I would give 10 if there is an option! Excellent staff and service. The staffs know what they are doing and they look out for their patients and provide them what they actually need, especially Andrea Ramos! She is so professional, passionate, knowledgeable, and committed. Every time I go, it feels like meeting with a friend :) Strongly recommended!
I have never had such a thorough cleaning ever! Andrea the hygienist has been helping me understand the importance of my oral health since my first visit . She is so patient and down to earth. Shenade the office manager has been so pleasant to work with. She takes time to understand not only the financials but she is so knowledgeable with the clinical. I’ve NEVER been so happy! I had my first appointment there and found the office very professional and helpful. The assistant Shay explained the process to me and when I was seen by Dr. Tubio, she was great pointing out my problems. She suggested that I have a deep cleaning because it had been a couple years. And it was thoroughly done by Andrea. I think this was a great office and I would recommend it to anyone.
SHENADE the office manager is BY FAR THE BEST OF THE BEST. She listens to your concerns and explains everything thoroughly. She will give you the best advice and seek the best treatment for you.
