If I could give zero stars, I would. The dentist was rude to both staff and patients. They did not clearly explain what they were doing or discuss the risks and benefits of treatment. Getting through to the office by phone was also difficult. My appointment was changed without asking, and I never received a confirmation of the change. Had to wait over 15 mins for someone to attend to me in the front desk. This was the worst dental experience I’ve ever had. I would not return or recommend this office.

Always caring, patient, clean, and my dental health has improved a lot. Thank you! Edit 7/1/26: unfortunately communication is not consistent. It’s very hard to get them to answer the phone or return voicemails. Maybe offer self scheduling/rescheduling/cancellation. I live too far away to have to show up in person to handle something that could’ve been done over the phone.

Dr McFadden and Lorleen are wonderful, caring professionals. I highly recommend him to anyone that has had negative dental experiences in the past, he is thorough and will not leave you alone in navigating your treatment plan.

This was the first time my husband and I went to this dental clinic and everyone was so friendly and lovely from Dr. Gerald to the nurses. They got us both in at exactly our appointment times even though there were quite a few people that day. Very easy in and out and professional.
