my first appointment, i had a filling done and past dentists hadn’t been too welcoming but here are Smile Designs, i’ve had the best experience ever. very caring and attentive when the operation is occurring, reassuring me as time went on. i can tell im really going to enjoy working with Dr. Holmes.
The staff here are AMAZING! The woman at the front desk was incredibly kind and helpful—she walked me through the estimates, explained the charges, and made the whole process so easy to understand. Sabrina was wonderful while taking my X-rays—super sweet and professional. Dr. Holmes is TERRIFIC. It was my first time here, and he truly listened to every single thing I said and absolutely delivered. As a rule I’ve hated going to the dentist since I was a child due to a bad experience. As a result I didn’t go as often as I should have and wound up with many dental issues. After reading many reviews I tried Smile By Design. The entire staff is wonderful. They put me at ease and gently guided me through each process using methods that were best for me. Dr. Eric Holmes and his staff were friendly and courteous. I was seen in a timely manner and my experience was a pain free one. Both the dentist and hygienist were most gentle. I will be returning to the office every six months or as needed.
