Very good experience. Dr. Tribble and assistant/tech did a wonderful job! One of the best dental practices I've come across in a longtime. Very affordable and flexible too.
Made an appointment Monday morning due to extreme pain related to a broken tooth, walked out Monday afternoon with one less tooth in my mouth and feeling a million times better. They put the options on the table and I made the choice that I wanted to make and they said no problem. All I wanted. Thanks guys! Literally had another dentist say he "didnt feel like doing an extraction that day." So I guess he didn't feel like getting paid either. Highly recommend the smile design dentistry.
This place is just awful and depressing. I don’t even have a problem with the tech or dentist but the customer service. I was thrown two hours behind scheduling waiting in a smelly office while Nicole the lady at the front desk is rude to everyone including me. She seems like she just hates her job. You’re at the front desk for heavens sake kindness does not kill. That woman is gonna lose this company a lot of business. Why is it so difficult to get a refund? My insurance paid for my cleaning and treatment. I had to pay for the service on Jan. 10. 2025, my insurance paid for it and I repuested a refund. Everytime I call I am being put on hold and nobody ever picks up again.
