Waited 20 minutes passed my appointment time. Waited 15 minutes more in the examining room. Cold as ice inside. Just got X-rays. No time for a cleaning. Now I have to go back and clean my teeth. My technician was very nice.
The first appointment seeing dental assistant and dentist was a very pleasant experience. The dental assistant performed her procedures showing she was very thorough on each one. She was very sweet. The dentist, Dr. Tribble explained all his findings and choices that could be done. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant. Went for first Cleaning with hygienist. She was very thorough and performed the cleaning in an excellent manner. I will continue going there. I recommend Smile Design dental office to everyone.
