Agree with the other reviews with scheduling issues. I understand it is a dentist that accepts mainly public aid dental insurance but horrible customer service. My daughter had a toothache and called MULTIPLE times with either no answer or no one to help me (unable to schedule at that time) She ended up getting a severe infection requiring antibiotics and having to find another dentist who treated her AND found other issues with prior work done at this office. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

I very rarely post reviews....it is either I'm very satisfied or disappointed. Unfortunately, it is the latter. Smile dentistry is HORRIBLE at making appointments. Not once or twice but THREE times I have ended up banging on a locked door. Either they call you 2 weeks in advance to confirm your appointment or no call would be forthcoming....to which I say make sure you call them or else you'll end up taking time off work for nothing. total rip off my wife made three visit for filling. within five minutes he completed her tooth filling and always say come back for more filling next visit, but we see no filling so she went to different dentist and found out he did not made any filling and charged my insurance 10 fillings
