Terrible experience! Never got the service i needed, just a bill. While told there was nothing they could do. All i needed was screws tightened on implants. They removed fillling to tighten screw but couldnt and said there was something else wrong, i had to go out of town to my original surgeon and when they removed filling there was no screw. So obv smile dental lost the screw, lied to me, refilled it, and billed me.
Everyone was very pleasant and friendly, looking forward to my next appointment!
