I have been a patient at this clinic for about five years, which is why my recent experience was especially disappointing. I needed to have a crown replaced and booked an appointment as usual. I was then contacted by the office and told that the dentist wanted me to go to their other clinic, where the procedure could be done under general anesthesia. I found this extremely surprising.
