The staff here are calm and professional, which really helps if you get nervous at the dentist. Everything was explained clearly, and I never felt rushed. The clinic is clean and organized. It feels like they actually care about doing things properly.
I got in right away to access what is going on with my teeth, in regards to my extraction and the tooth behind, as it is causing me a lot of pain, especially at night.
The staff at Smile Dental are absolutely amazing people.
Extremely unprofessional administrative staff. Despite booking as a cash-pay patient, I have been harassed daily with phone calls and texts reminders of my appointment every day, plus demanding that I fill out insurance forms online. The communication is 'out of control' and feels incredibly impersonal. “Definitely not a Canadian dentists.” Let’s say It is a frustrating experience before even seeing the dentist. If you value your privacy and peace of mind, look elsewhere.
