I'm thankfull I went in as an emergency I was having a toothache, I was really glad they were nice and worked me in quickly. Dr. Amouhashem checked me and I was told I needed a Root Canal. I was able to get relief right away. I don't understand why so many people complain, it was not a bad experience at ALL, I myself work with patients in the medical field and some of us expect a red carpet treatment and believe me being nice to begin with helps you out at the end.
Keep away! Don't go! I advise anyone to stay away from this clinic. I have been there a few days ago, with a simple broken filling and I am being told that I need 2 crowns.. a money making scheme... it is too obvious... very low ethical standards and all that matters seems to be the money...
A dentist who takes time to know her patients I have been so impressed by the care I've gotten here. I came to Dr. Parvin with a tooth needing a root canal -- a tooth that had not been treated by my previous dentist. The root canal was taken care of immediately and well. Complete lack of Professionalism Basic Cleaning Check UP (rude, unprofessional, terrible service) Not only did it take two months to make an appointment, but once there I had to wait over 45 minutes for a 9am appointment (do not even want to imagine another time). Dr. Parvin was completely rude. Not only did she hardly look at my medical record, she did not care to ask. Horrible, awful dentist/customer service - we will NEVER go back I have never been so displeased with a dental/medical office as I am with Smile Dentist Clinic, my husband and I each had 2 cleanings done here and my husband 1 root canal as well. The cleanings were no more than an X-ray and a brushing that I could have done at home with my electric toothbrush and Colgate toothpaste. go here if you want unnecessary root canals Hmm ... it does not surprise me at all that the two people who wrote reviews were told they need root canals. I was told I needed three root canals, when a second opinion revealed that I only needed one. The clinic would have gotten more than $2,000 on those two unneccesary root canals and the related crowns.
Awful awful awful They don't deserve even one star! Terrible customer service, questionable business practices, please save yourself many headaches and stay away! I've never been so unhappy with a dentist/doctor.
