I have left 2 voice mails asking to be called back to make an appointment. Every time I call it goes to a recording asking to leave info and someone will call me back. It's been almost a month for the first call and 2 weeks since the last voicemail I left. What is going on? My kids go here. Like clock work every 6 months for cleanings and I have never had this problem up until now.

These people lie about insurance not covering things, so they can have you open a line of credit to have you pay it out of pocket. The manager does not get on the phone with you, but has a lot to say to the front desk. They were good before until the doctor who was over there left. If they can do this to me, and I was a patient for years, I can only imagine what else they would do to anyone else. Always check with your insurance company like this.

I had a great experience thanks to the incredibly polite and professional staff. Everyone was friendly, respectful, and eager to help. It really made the visit enjoyable. Excellent customer service!
