I've been coming to Smile Craft Dental for around two years now, and they've been fantastic the whole way through. Dr. Brar is professional, personable, and competent. Her staff is very friendly, and care about their patients: they even remember small things like the artwork I do and recent trips I've been on. I had a very disappointing and unprofessional experience with this office, which is especially upsetting because I had a great visit here last year and was very happy with their care at the time. This year, leading up to my annual cleaning, the office called me multiple times throughout the week asking me to move my scheduled Saturday 12:30 PM appointment to an earlier time (around 10 AM). *Experiences with pricing may vary due to insurances.* I was warmly greeted, taken back quickly and all my questions were answered. If anything, they may have been TOO polite. Not a bad thing, though. I had a deep cleaning and was given laughing gas and novacain...still hurt with the needles but experience will vary due to pain tolerance. My smile looks amazing. No one likes a visit to the dentist, but Dr. Brar and her staff make dental cleaning a very pleasant experience. Dr. Brar has an easy, warm bedside manner that puts you at ease. She’s friendly and conversational. My husband and I have been going there for a while and will continue to do so as long as she is around.
