They're terrible with insurance information!
I had gotten quite a bit of work that supposedly used up my insurance allowable amount for 2 years since December and February of this year. I paid out of pocket what was supposed to be my responsibility minus insurance claims. Even though I was happy with the work but thought it was too costly so waited to get finish later in the year. I just called my insurance to check on a few benefits and was told they never received claims for any work done this year starting in January.
Smilecraft does a great job with my "toothcare" and the office is an oasis of calm and kindness. Recommended!
