Do not recommend. My daughter went to this office for her wisdom teeth removal. She was seen mid morning on a Friday. She was given nitrous to help calm her. Then almost immediately they started giving her the 12 injections with no numbing paste. Which was extremely painful and uncomfortable. The visit went mostly smoothly however the after care was terrible. I was told her prescription would be sent to the pharmacy for us to pick up once we returned to our home town. They never answer the phone so it takes MONTHS to get an appointment.
I had a great first visit to this office. The front staff were nice, friendly, and welcoming. Dr. Mo was professional and gave advice and suggestions in a very straightforward and non judgemental fashion. The hygienist Lydie did a great job and kept me entertained.
Best dental office experience I’ve had. Tania/Sylvia have been so comforting, welcoming, explained everything so well to me. Just makes me feel like we’ve known each other for years! Front desk girls are super friendly as well, it just feels nice going somewhere scary, knowing you’re going to be well taken care off! 10/10 recommend.
I hardly ever leave bad reviews, but BE WARNED- no matter how many times I try to get in contact with this office they never answer or respond to their texts which is how they prefer you contact them for an appointment. I have about 7 text messages that have gone unanswered and 3 voicemails. This is no way to run a business.
