Referred here by Medi-cal (Denti-cal) as a good place to take my children. Called for an appt and and was told they don't see children under 13 in Napa only in Concord or Martinez. Frustrating that they make it seem like a place for children of low income folks to get dental care, when in reality you have to travel at least 45mins out of town.

I had an appt for Oral surgery today. They were closed Friday so I couldn't confirm. They were supposed to mail me directions, which never arrived! Their AI phone system is faulty. You all have lost my business. I will also turn you in to the review board. Have a bad day, because you ruined mine!!!!!

Staff is super friendly and helpful over the phone and also when I came in to make an appointment they were very helpful when I asked about insurances and payment plans. Would highly recommend coming to this dental office.
