The worse experience of my 56 years. It's hard for me to explain, you have to experience the most horrible handle situation, we know that teeth pulling anit like the rides at Disneyland, there is going to be pain with teeth pulling. Begged the densist three times"stop, I don't want to do this " second time I told her stop she said "why stop now, we are half way threw." I told her I didn't want to do, but she still continued the procedure and she should of said "why stop now, I'm getting paid $3,???! Pulling your teeth.,!
Top quality customer service and care. Much better than I would expect from a dentist that accepts my MediCal insurance. The furniture in the lobby leaves a bit to be desired, but the office is otherwise clean and well-maintained.
this place has amazing customer service and it was super easy to check in. I had to come here to get a tooth pulled. It was a referral from Western dental and it was the best choice. I would rather continue to come here. I’m glad I found this place.! I will definitely be coming back !
Front desk hangs up on new patients
Absolutely terrible experience the guy on the phone needs more training for sure and stop hanging up on customers if he doesn’t want to help people should be doing other jobs
