I’ve been attending Smile Council Orthodontics for a long time, but lately the experience has declined. It seems like the staff have changed, and the clinic now feels rushed and disorganised compared to how it used to be. During my recent visits, I also felt uncomfortable with the level of professionalism from some of the nurses. At times I noticed them touching their earrings while working, which made the environment feel less hygienic to me.
