This was Hazel’s first dental appointment. The picture says it all. We have been taking both my kids to Smile Clubhouse and we couldn’t be happier. We are so grateful to have Dr. Madsen and his team taking care of our kids and laying the foundation for their dental care. 10/10 staff, environment, front office, and clinical experience. Dr. Madsen and his team are great, not only with the kids but also with the parents. They are very helpful in answering all the questions as well as responding quickly when they are out of the office. Glad to have found this team for my three kids. If my four year old son could leave a review- he would say it’s a cool place- he loves the claw machine. Amazing customer service!!! My child isn’t a patient there yet, but they were highly recommended to me. (We will for sure be using this dentist in the future). I had to call about a question for my son that had a head hit to the front teeth and they were so friendly, helpful and got back to me very quickly. Also putting my mind at ease. Highly recommend!

As a child i had a horrible experience with a pediatric dentist. That gave me so much anxiety when it came to my children needing work done. After trying a couple different dentists, I met Dr Madsen and his team a few years ago. They've been the biggest blessing to my mama heart! They never fail to answer every question I have putting my nerves to ease. My children love their office and confidently trust in everyone there. I recommend Smile Clubhouse to everyone who needs a pediatric dentist!
