I was very impressed with the facility and the entire staff. Everyone we interacted with was incredibly welcoming and friendly. The dentist and hygienist were gentle, kind, and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. 10/10
It was just an all over great experience. The whole team is focused on making it the best experience for the kiddo and make sure the parent is informed and knowledgeable. You can tell there's great leadership and philosophy, empathy and care by every single team member.
Really friendly place my daughter is a really shy person but the Doctors and dental assistant make it fun and she opened up so fast I really recommend this place thank you
Best place for kids. We have a 3, 6, and 9 year old. They went out of their way to call and see if we wanted to get them all seen at the same time. The environment is 100% kid oriented. Staff is so nice. Very knowledgeable and has amazing preventive care. And my kids say best part is the “play till you win” claw machine as their reward for being brave at the end.
Dr. Madsen and his team are phenomenal! From booking, and working with insurance, to the overall uplifting environment of appointments, they make the experience positive for families. I’m not sure how KK has such a great memory, but she makes the atmosphere personal through the little details she can keep track of. We are very grateful for the team of people at Smile Clubhouse!
