Disorganized.. I understand a business getting a new partnership with a surgery center takes some time. To give information that isnt right or to make an honest mistake and then not be sympathetic or show concern to confusion. That isnt great. Truly was excited to bring all my children. Clean office. I have never experienced such disorganization and lack of professionalism from a dental office as I have with Smile City. This all began when our daughter’s pediatric dentist recommended she undergo significant dental work under anesthesia to avoid trauma. Several dentists agreed this was the best approach and Smile City was recommended to us for this reason due to not many offices offering anesthesia work. My kids just went to Smile City Pediatric Dentistry, and they were absolutely amazing! Dr. Anthony was so gentle and patient — he walked my son through every step of his filling and made him feel completely comfortable even though he was scared at first. He also did my daughter’s fillings, and she left smiling and saying she loves the dentist now! Kourtnee was the sweetest — she held both of my babies’ hands through it all and made them feel so safe.
