I didn’t even get the chance to meet the provider because my experience with the front office staff was very disappointing. I called to ask if they were accepting new patients and was told yes. Once I provided my insurance information (Cigna DHMO), the staff told me they only accept PPO plans, despite the fact that this doctor is listed as in-network through my Cigna plan. First dental visit since Covid, and a new dentist since my previous one moved, so I was pretty anxious. Dr. Patel and his dental assistant were professional and courteous, worked together very efficiently, and quickly put me at ease. I endued up needing a new set of x-rays, a deep cleaning, a previous filling re-filled, and couple new small cavities needed tending. Dr. Niraj Patel was working on my root canal and at that time, he broke one of my bottom teeth in half. I had to constantly go in to get it filled because they did not fill it correctly. Would not recommend.
