I just had to give you all a great review. I came to you sad and scared. My front teeth were chipped and broken, I had cavities, I had such anxiety that I wasn't smiling anymore. Then I found you! This clinic recently moved into where my former dental provider was and I have had a great experience with the new providers. My cleanings are efficient and thorough. This is a great place to try if you need a local provider.
I rate this Dental Office at 100% for a perfect job of extractions and new dentures. Everything went smoothly and everyone (the doctor, the assistant, and the girl at the desk, did a great job. This is my dental office, and will always be. This review was written by a very satisfied patient.
No transparency. I needed a root canal, spoke to the people at the front desk to confirm 3 different times that my insurance would cover the cost, all 3 times I got a "yes" I show up for my appointment and was told that I would need to pay $1000 up front in order to even start the appointment. I wanted to apply for Care Credit as they have brochures on the front desk counter and was told that they just switched systems and can't take care credit right now but that I could pay $600 instead of the $1000.
