This is the worst place to go for dentures...I had to wait over 9 months and they still couldn't get it right. I ask for a full refund and finally git it 2 months later. Not recommended at all.
Showed up for my new patient appointment about 20 minutes early only to be told they had canceled my appointment because someone called them and gave them my name stating I couldn’t make it. I’m not even from Texas, nor does anyone here know me to be calling with my name. I was obviously mixed up with another patient. The receptionist let me know she could add me back to schedule for my 2pm appointment. By the time 315 rolled around 6 families who arrived after me had been called back so I left without being seen.
