I had a great experience at my dental appointment! When I first walked in, the front desk representative was very friendly and helpful. The woman who walked me to the back was also very sweet and made me feel comfortable right away. My hygienist was amazing, super nice, knowledgeable, and caring. She took her time, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt at ease the whole time. Definitely a positive experience from start to finish!
Mirna, and the rest of the folks here are incredible! Definitely a welcoming dentist office that really helps make you feel comfortable and at ease. My tooth extraction went so smooth and quickly, I am VERY impressed with the team they have here! From the customer service to the actual dentistry this place is top notch. 5 out of 5 stars highly recommend. I will gladly drive the 40 minutes here just because of how easy they made things for me. Thank you all again so much!
I had taken my mom today after she chipped her tooth. She was able to be seen right away and get her issue sorted! My mom was very pleased with Dr. Phillip he was very understanding, explained everything, and was very gentle. The assistants and the staff were also equally as amazing and caring.
Overall a great dentistry center, however recently i had a useless trip due to the center being out of the supply needed to complete my dental work. Mind you, i had rescheduled a few times prior to this appointment. I understand things happen, but I think it is a short sight not to verify that the proper supplies are availabie for the type of appointments that are scheduled for that day. I hope this is a lesson learned toward a better experience going forward.
Dr did my cleaning today and was excellent. I had a lot of plaque build up and now my mouth feels brand new. She reinsured me knowing I had dental anxiety and did a very detailed and thorough cleaning. It eased my anxiety and I’m looking forward to coming back every three months for my next cleaning
