Excellent Experience at Abington Smile Center I visited Abington Smile Center on July 30, 2025, for a routine cleaning and had the pleasure of meeting Miyoung, the hygienist, for the first time. She was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. I was very impressed by her attention to detail and the care she provided throughout the appointment. They are amazing and very professional! I always was scared of the dentist when I was a child and carried it throughout my early adulthood. So when I heard I had to get a root canal I was petrified. Dr.Shtwai was amazing! I didn’t feel a thing and she was so nice and comforting! Plus, every time I needed to adjust my appointment or wanted to come in with a concern they were so accommodating!
The office was very welcoming, friendly staff and the Doctor that did my cleaning was the nicest person you could ever meet. The only thing is that it seems like it’s short staff since a doctor did my cleaning and not a hygienist. Also, first time getting a cleaning and not receiving a toothbrush or toothpaste sample. In every dental cleaning I have ever had I have always received a little bag to take home with toothpaste and toothbrush. Not really sure about this office. Really makes me wonder. Very efficient and everyone is super helpful. I had some questions and concerns because of insurance and such but the people at the front are so wonderful and great at their jobs. Everyone doing the dental work is so nice and informative too!
How do I make a phone call days ago, speak to the lady on the phone (who I told I wanted the appointment at the willow grove location) then I go to the willow grove location today and it turns out the appointment wasn't there, but at the Abington location. I usually go to the Abington location, but I wanted to change because the willow grove is a bit closer to home. The appointment was made for the wrong location.
