Friendly and professional staff. I was very pleased with my visit. I went for a professional teeth cleaning, and I am very pleased with the result. The process itself was painless and professional. Excellent! Dr. Hadeel's expertise is evident. She gets the job beautifully done with quick precision. She delivers compassionate care by explaining and giving consideration to your comfort. Her professional demeanor helps to ease any anxiety. Amilka, the hygienest, has extensive dental knowledge. She is serious about doing a good job, and her skills are on point. Overall I loved this dental office. However, I am extremely upset about this one situation. A family of my mine was recommended by a dentist at this location to remove their remaining teeth and come back to get full dentures. It was the responsibility of the dentist to give full disclosure with my family that with our family member’s health condition it might not be safe for them to have full dentures. Disclaimer: I didn’t get much done here, just a checkup for some broken teeth. But the staff were incredibly friendly, and I was able to schedule an appointment quickly and painlessly. The doctor I saw was personable and knowledgeable, answering all my questions and then some. I can’t speak to the experiences of those who have come here multiple times or undergone more serious procedures, but for what it’s worth, I walked away with no complaints.
