I had a great experience at my dental appointment! When I first walked in, the front desk representative was very friendly and helpful. The woman who walked me to the back was also very sweet and made me feel comfortable right away. My hygienist was amazing, super nice, knowledgeable, and caring. She took her time, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt at ease the whole time. Definitely a positive experience from start to finish!
I just had an emergency visit there, and it could not have gone any better! First off, I am TERRIFIED of the dentist. They could not have been nicer and more understanding. I needed to have an emergency extraction, and Dr. Shtawi and her team were amazing! They took the time to explain everything, make sure I was ok throughout the entire procedure, and reassured me the whole time! From walking into the office to being in my car, it was exactly 1 hour. Mirna, and the rest of the folks here are incredible! Definitely a welcoming dentist office that really helps make you feel comfortable and at ease. My tooth extraction went so smooth and quickly, I am VERY impressed with the team they have here! From the customer service to the actual dentistry this place is top notch. 5 out of 5 stars highly recommend. I will gladly drive the 40 minutes here just because of how easy they made things for me. I’m absolutely disappointed! Half of my tooth fell out and although I was not in pain I still couldn’t bite on that side. I hoped very much for some help. The doctor said that my tooth needs a crown but there was some slight spot of root inflammation which has to be treated first. She said that they can do nothing in this case. I asked for at least some seal instead of the missing part of my tooth to fix the rest of it and prevent it from falling apart (because it gets time to make another appointment to treat the root infla... read more
My appt was at 11 didn’t get called back til 1140, no one came in the room until 1208. The dr and the tech were arguing saying that she had to treat someone else before me after i waited over an hour. Terrible wait times
