Just outstanding. Dr. Genis's work impressed me as extremely skilled and knowledgeable! I had multiple issues and Dr. Genis communicated everything patiently and kindly. His assistant, Lady, was very good. All of the front desk staff were great, too: Jasmine and Ity, (not sure if I have the second young woman's name right) most recently, were very nice and helpful. I would recommend this organization to anyone.
Each and every person involved in getting me in for an emergency wisdom tooth extraction was an angel on earth. I called to see if they could fit me in and they told me to come in right away. Less than an hour after I called I was in a chair being numbed by the incomparable Dr. Nessa Shekari. A true LEGEND of dentistry. Her personality, warmth and humor put me at ease IMMEDIATELY. Very friendly and professional receptionists and a clean office. Impression of a very well run business where everybody works fast and efficiently. A doctor checked my teeth for 30 second and told me molar is infected and need to be pulled and I also need “deep” cleaning, which require a different appointment at a different time and of course extra costs. I asked for just regular cleaning but was not an option. I am very impressed as a business, but not for me as a patient.
I absolutely loved the way the staff worked together. The doctor and the nurse, Jackie's confidence made me feel at ease They restored my broken spirit. They shared a whole vision for my dental care when I was only expecting the emergency work. The work was professional, percise and prompt.
