Super sweet and gentle, they were very kind. Usually I hate going to the dentist and it's very traumatic but these ladies made it a wonderful experience.
I honestly had such a great experience here! 🥹 Everyone was so nice, welcoming, and understanding. I have pretty bad anxiety when it comes to the dentist, and they made me feel completely comfortable and never made me feel embarrassed or judged about it. They were patient with me, explained things, checked on me throughout my visit, and genuinely made me feel like they cared about how I was feeling. I had previously had a few not great and very stressful and financially draining situations at my last dental office. It caused me to actually put off going to the dentist for an extended amount of time so when it came time for me to find a new practice I was hesitant and very nervous. So far Dr. Reddy and the staff at Smile Care have been so kind and caring and have provided me with excellent dental care.
Everyone is always so kind, welcoming, and on top of everything. They take the time to explain what they’re doing and make sure you understand your treatment and options without ever feeling rushed. I really appreciate how comfortable and cared for they make you feel. Highly recommend!
