I can't say enough good things about Smile Care Dental Associates in Bloomfield! From the moment I called, Ms. Rodriguez was an absolute lifesaver. She was not only incredibly understanding but also super accommodating. Despite my excruciating toothache, she managed to get me in right away, which was such a relief. Terrible experience! They were unprofessional and made me wait 30 extra minutes for my appointment. During the procedure, Dr. Narayana was distracted and frequently stopped to chat with her assistant. The cavity filling resulted in ongoing pain as she made the hole too deep, hurting my gum tissues. I would never go back and advise others to avoid this place.
They are not professional at all. I came into the office at the schedule time but they made me wait an extra 30 minutes before they took me in. I had Dr. Narayana who kept talking to her assistant about random things while doing the procedure. And frequently she stopped doing the procedure midway with her tools in my mouth to talk with her assistant. I been a patient at this office for over 6 years. The Doctors are amazing and the staff is like no other. Definitely hit a goldmine here.
