I went there as a new patient to have my tooth extraction and during my visit I was recommended to have some extra deep gum cleaning done which required a deposit. After the initial new patient x-rays, I told that I wouldn't want to do deep gum cleaning as it isn't fully covered by my insurance and just want the extraction to be performed. The dental office refused to perform the extraction unless I do the deep cleaning, then they tried to make up every excuse that I had to do it.
