I went in to get my wisdom teeth pulled about a week ago. I told them I was in excruciating pain and needed them removed. They said ok and did x-rays to look for a problem after I told them what it was. After that I told them I’d like to be put to sleep and they might have use a heavier dosage of anesthesia because I’ve woken up under it before during previous surgery. They didn’t not listen again and I woke up during the process while they were removing the teeth and cut that inner side of my gums open.
The first time I went to smile care I had a decent experience while getting my wisdom teeth pulled. I was in and out with some of the best dental customer service ever. (2024) However yesterday evening I had the worst dental exam. Customer service was welcoming and the only patient advocate, which I will later explain. When I went for my exam —which I paid for with no insurance; I was greeted by a rude nurse assistant.
