Spring valley office if they had a zero star i would give them that the female dentist here doesnot know how to talk or deal with children. I brought my child for am exam and cleaning. On tuesday. An older black nurse sent me out to wait on the lobby. They found a cavity. On wensday my husband brings the child to the lemon grove office because he had an infected cavity and needed to be pulled out. I had an appt at 200pm. I signed in no one said anything! Not a hello, your checked in. At 320 I left. An older African American lady working would constantly roll her eyes, and talk about the patient's under her breath. If your not happy at work, get a new job. As a kid i came to that dentist and now im taking my kids there. They are good for kids. This last time the mood was just off.
Horrible horrible practice. Wouldn't even leave 1 star if could. Dentist and hygenist are nice. Place is dirty. The office manager Grace is very unprofessional and violates hippaa compliance.
I would rate them 0 if I could I do not know why I came back here save yourself the time and pain I am now boutta lose a 4th tooth because of their incompetence this time I went in for a broken filling and they said I need more but no pain in anything other than the chipped tooth and now the other tooth he did a filling on broke all the way to the root so lucky me another goddamn root canal that they are gonna fail on will be the 3rd root canal they try to force on me. go in for a filling repair and now I'ma have to have 2 t... read more
