Such a bummer. This was our third visit, and unfortunately it just didn’t go well today. I do think this is a fantastic pediatric dental practice, which is why this experience was so disappointing. Our dental hygienist seemed frustrated when my 7-year-old son didn’t want to cooperate with the brushing. Instead of trying to encourage him in a fun, kid-friendly way, she told him he wasn’t going to get a prize or watch TV. We had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Rebecca Pikos and her assistant, Tiffany! They were both incredibly kind, patient, and thorough, taking the time to make my child feel comfortable throughout the visit. You can tell they truly care about their patients and want every child to have a positive experience at the dentist. The office is adorable, clean, and so kid-friendly!
