We had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Rebecca Pikos and her assistant, Tiffany! They were both incredibly kind, patient, and thorough, taking the time to make my child feel comfortable throughout the visit. You can tell they truly care about their patients and want every child to have a positive experience at the dentist. The office is adorable, clean, and so kid-friendly! Such a bummer. This was our third visit, and unfortunately it just didn’t go well today. I do think this is a fantastic pediatric dental practice, which is why this experience was so disappointing. Our dental hygienist seemed frustrated when my 7-year-old son didn’t want to cooperate with the brushing. Instead of trying to encourage him in a fun, kid-friendly way, she told him he wasn’t going to get a prize or watch TV. We just had our first visit with Dr Lesser and are so happy we found an amazing pediatric dentist office! We followed Dr Pikos from another office bc we love her as well. The office is very modern and clean. From the front desk to the dental assistant - everyone was WONDERFUL! made my kiddo feel at ease with stickers, fun prizes and just warm friendly vibes all around. Would definitely recommend
This office is such an amazing breath of fresh air! We began seeing Dr Pikos at a different practice and were more than excited to hear she joined Smile Builders here in our area! My experience as a parent has been nothing but positive. The staff at the practice are friendly and inviting, the office is clean and bright, and the level of professionalism and respect I received is top notch. I would highly suggest any parents with young children consider seeing Dr. Pikos and Dr. Lesser at this wonderful office!
This office is amazing. I wish I had an office like this when I was a kid. The staff is great, they go above and beyond for their patients. They work with parents and explain every step of the process. They make your kids feel at peace. They play cartoons, Disney movies and offer prizes to them. Totally recommend this office for your kiddos.
