I completely agree with all the one-star reviews. The front desk staff have a terrible attitude and are extremely arrogant! They constantly cancel or change my confirmed appointments for no reason and without any explanation. Absolutely unacceptable!
Dr. Cao is the best at what she does! She made my daughter feel comfortable during her filling today! I’m so happy I chose this dentist offfice for my daughter. Would highly recommend.
RUN RUN RUN THEY ARE MONEY SUCKERS, Our 7 son had appointment for cavity removal & cap we spent over $1000 for & after appointment they said come back again & remove front teeth because if it’s not out new teeth’s coming out will not in place . We told them we will come after kid finish exam they said ok , now when we call today they said appointment available after month & after 3 months deadline from last visit you have to pay for cleaning & examination again . $$$$$$ Really you guys don’t have ethics, they said it’s docto... read more
Absolutely horrendous pediatric dentist office. Save yourself the trauma, time and money. Find an office with a dentist and staff that actually care about your child’s comfort and health. Your child is an insurance member I.d. number here.
