I think you need to follow these: If you did a mistake just apologize to the patient and correct it. Don’t have to blame it on the patient, so that you can charge the patient again and claim from their insurance . Also if you don’t know what’s going on, just tell the patient that you have no idea. So that the patient will go find another dentist who can able to help them.
