I went to this place because it was near my home....I went to get my teeth clean. They came up with $7000 worth of dental work, and refuse to give a standard cleaning. They claim I needed a deap cleaning. They are all about the money....I walked out and contacted a "real dentist". My dentist let me know I did not need a deap cleaning. Rip off place!
STAY AWAY from this OFFICE!!!!!!! Money over medicine....and very bad medicine at that....Try to rip you off at every point.....act like "Loan Sharks".....try to "sell you" on their services......overpriced/unnecessary Dentist is not experienced enough to know what they can and can not do....a referral to a specialist would be in the patient's best interest.....Worst pain in life attempting to "numb" a tooth..........Never seen any dentist, IN 50 years, not know how to properly do this........WOW!!! be forewarned......
Many people have complained. Call Jackie Halloway with the news and make a report. The more people that call and report their business complaint this office will be investigated. All this insurance fraud is illegal!!!!! It took me a very long time to get my refund. I have even spoken to others who have used this place that are going through the same issues. I hate to give this dental practice even one star. I was charged for a service not even done and overcharged on other services. My dental insurance and I have been trying to get my refund $127.50 but the office manager, Michele, keeps yelling and hanging up on myself and Cigna! I have been trying now for 4 months just to get what is mine! They are crooks and the office manager is so unprofessional, rude and needs some customer service classes! This is a worst ever place to go and lose your money. Office and Doctor is not transparent in billing charges. I was charged for the services not rendered to me. They bill Insurance for not rendered services and get the money. Finally it goes out of my deductible. Pls never ever go to Smile bright dental.
Stay away from this office! As others have stated they are all about money and not patient care. Walked out when provided the treatment plan.
I had the worst experience today. I went as my earlier root canal treatment had infection beneath and need to go for re-root canal. Dr Patel came and asked for Debridement Cleaning. When the assistant came, I asked her about the cleaning process and she mentioned that the cleaning is for normal gum disease. Assistance failed to explain as how this would heal my infection beneath the tooth. When I checked online, debridement process normally takes 1 hour and it includes cleaning above and below the gum line. but mine was done... read more
This dental office is known for over charging, a year full of headaches with just 3 visits. They are not interested in helping you figure out what went wrong, just interested in collecting money. Make sure you know exactly what work they are doing to your teeth, they will start a new project and tell you nothing. They asked me to sign paperwork while I was having work done in the dental chair, why because then you are not paying attention to what they are charging you. i'm extremely pleased!! From the front office to the back..... every one was so kind and caring. i came in because I had a horrible tooth ache, my previous dentist told me I needed a root canal, but in fact This office told me I just needed to crown my tooth only. They crowned my tooth and cleaned my teeth in the same day.The Hygienist was wonderful! The Dr and the staff were very friendly and made me feel comfortable! I HIGHLY recommend this office to all my family and friends :)
