I decided to give them a try on the advice of my hygienist. She said the process would be cheaper then what the dentist was offering and could be further pushed along and maintained with a Crest home kit. I have tried the Crest kit and find that my teeth ache, so I never get very far. Although Smile Bright would not make any promises, I was told that it was possible my teeth would whiten 5 shades or so.
