I'm a new patient and had a great experience. The desk staff answered my initial inquiry within 24 hours. They gave me all they info I needed and answered some questions I had regarding insurance. The office was easy to find as they provided detailed instructions on how to get to it (its within the ER entrance of Swedish hospital). The check in/out process was easy and quick.
