I had a cleaning with Jamie today and saw dr Gaby. Best dental appointment I ever had they explained everything being done and made sure I was ok during the appointment.
Unfortunately there was little to smile about when my wife came in for a crown. The cost was previously talked about as we have dental insurance. Rebecca in her denigrating fashion decided to tell my wife it was going to cost $291 more as Aetna declined the build up. Aetna actually said they needed pre and post photos and it would most likely be covered. Rebecca also said that the office manager paid out of his own pocket for me which is a new story. I had an emergency issue and called a few places. I almost was scammed by another dental office in which I walked out in shock! I cried to my best friend and she insisted I go to her dentist! Well..from the moment I called, Rebecca the office manager was beyond helpful, she gave me great info and got me into the office the next day!
