I am a dentist that is trying to flip the script on this cookie-cutter, one size fits all dental model that our beautiful profession has taken on. I purchased this plan for my 6 yr old daughter and after paying the $199 was denied care. Dr.Lumsdon stated "I do not treat anxious children!" Couldn't she have decided that before taking my money?!?! I am very unsatisfied at how my attempts to communicate with Choice Dental Centre in Indianapolis have been ignored. To date I have not been issued a refund!
