The job got off to a bit of a rough start when there was a misunderstanding as to the scheduling. They were scheduled to start on a Monday but came the previous week while we were on vacation. I wasn't pleased and had some second thoughts about finding a different painter. But I decided to give it a try. After that things got better. Matt, field representative was invaluable in ensuring the project was done to our satisfaction and expectation, as well as available at all times to mitigate any necessary modifications as needed. Mario, our lead painter, may be the most hard working contractor I’ve ever seen.
