This was such a horrible experience. On the website I requested an appointment to fix my bite as it states there is orthodontist on the website. I received a call quickly and the woman I spoke with was trying to get me in quickly to their dentist who does Invisalign. I explained that I didn’t need braces but that I was told to see an orthodontist because of this bite issue. I’ve been receiving my dental care from Dr. Bajaj at smile a bit for over 10 years. In that time I found Dr. Bajaj to be genuine, authentic kind, caring, and compassionate. It’s obvious in talking with Dr. Bajaj that she thoroughly enjoys dentistry. You can see the joy she experiences, when she talks about it.
