These dentists here are terrible. They take no accountability for anything even when they’re WRONG. My father had a tooth extraction when the tool slipped from Dr Salams hand and he cut his lip bad. His lip is completely swollen and he’s in excruciating pain throughout his throat. The dentist told me that half his lip swollen and cut is a “normal side effect”. Please save your money and your teeth and do not visit this place!
I am extremely disappointed and concerned about the treatment my 70-year-old father received at Smile 360 Dental. He went in for a routine tooth extraction, but during the procedure the dentist injured his lip while attempting to remove the tooth. The injury was severe and should have been addressed immediately. I’ve been coming to Dr. Mustafa and now his Som Dr Salam for the past 20 years, and I can’t recommend him enough! He removed my wisdom teeth with minimal pain, was quick and professional, and the whole team is fantastic. Truly the best
had a very disappointing experience at this dental clinic. The doctor promised to make a 5-unit bridge for a low price and assured me the quality would be good. From the very first fitting, the bridge was too large and uncomfortable. I couldn’t close my jaw properly and kept biting my cheek.
