This was a great experience UNTIL the last few minutes. Should have been a 5 star review. I had 3 tests done today. Lung screen, bone density & mamogram. I asked the bone density & mamogram techs if they could put a note in my file to request a rush since I already have an appointment with my PCP tommorrow. They said no problem. I had forgotten to ask for this on my 1st test (lung screen) & was told to ask at the front desk before I left. I asked an agent at the front desk & she was not sure. Horrible. Can't make an appointment. Don't want to register for an account. Don't want to speak to an AI bot. Walked in to schedule. Front desk was no help. I presented my ID and she handed them back. Won't come back
I scheduled my MRI appointment a few weeks ago for today (8/27) at 3:40pm. I arrived to the facility at 3:39 and waited in line. There were 2 people in line ahead of me and when it was my turn, I gave my information to the receptionist and my medical card at her request. She picked up the phone to call the MRI tech to inform that person that the 3:40 was here. After a short exchange, she hung up the phone and alerted me that she had some bad news... If I could give you 10 stars I would! I was at your Mountainview location in Scottsdale. From the time I walked through the door until I walked out, everyone I encountered was friendly, professional, and polite. The gal who did my Mammo and the one who did the ultrasound immediately put me at ease. The fact that my results were sent to me within 2 hours of leaving was unbelievable.
