I was in this office in August of this year. Reception employee was very unhelpful and a bit rude. I have been to this office before with zero issues. Whatever changed was for the worse. I will request my Physician to Not send me there anymore for anything. Very disappointed to be treated unkindly. Poor Customer Service Skills. No name of receptionist on my invoice. Harder to clear out bad apples that way. Nobody to hold responsible.
This is by far the best experience I've had at an imaging facility in the valley. Beth was my ultrasound tech and from start to finish she walked me through every detail and went above and beyond to take the best care of me.
The staff at SMIL were very professional and caring about my privacy during the procedure. They informed me of the details of the procedure before and during to ensure my understanding and comfort. This made me more confident in their ability . Thanks to the staff for your care.
Around 15 min max wait time.Everything ran like a well oiled machine .I appreciate the professionalism of all the employees I encountered.Im so tired of going to medical facilities where it’s more like it’s a hangout for rude employees who act like they should get paid to do the bare minimum with obnoxious attitudes towards each other & patients wether in person or on the telephone.No Hello or Welcome ,How are you today!No acknowledgement whatsoever .I am finding this attitude more common than not,.That’s why I can say this ... read more
