The staff at SMIL were very professional and caring about my privacy during the procedure. They informed me of the details of the procedure before and during to ensure my understanding and comfort. This made me more confident in their ability . Thanks to the staff for your care.
Around 15 min max wait time.Everything ran like a well oiled machine .I appreciate the professionalism of all the employees I encountered.Im so tired of going to medical facilities where it’s more like it’s a hangout for rude employees who act like they should get paid to do the bare minimum with obnoxious attitudes towards each other & patients wether in person or on the telephone.No Hello or Welcome ,How are you today!No acknowledgement whatsoever .I am finding this attitude more common than not,.That’s why I can say this ... read more
Poor customer service was provided to me on 8/18/25 at around 12:15pm by scheduling person" Mia": she would talk over me repwtively and did not listen at all what I have to say. Please review recorded track.
Sheri was kind and patient at check-in today. She thoroughly explained each form that I was signing for my visit and offered me a bottle of water when I arrived. Thank you!
I just wanted to drop some love for Jaynie and Suzanne, who have helped me with two MRI’s in a row. Jaynie is so thoughtful, caring, sweet, and smart… she is exactly who you’d want to take care of you when you’re getting a medical procedure done. Suzanne is also so thoughtful, caring, sweet, and smart and does a great job walking you through the process.
