Had a great experience at this SMIL location for an MRI. The check-in process was very efficient with minimal wait time. And the techs Sidney & Melana were awesome, so friendly & professional. Sidney has serious IV skills, I usually have trouble but I didn't even feel the stick. They talked me through the whole thing, will def make future appointments at this location.

I am beyond disgusted by the treatment my mother and her friend received at the Highland & 22nd St office. Despite Arizona having a large Hispanic population, the front desk receptionist treated them with blatant contempt because they requested a Spanish intake form. She harshly informed them, in Spanish, no less, that they had no such forms and said she would have to cancel the appointment unless they filled out the English version. Rude and dismissive staff. Late to appointment by 3 mins and told to call to reschedule and no further acknowledgment. Good riddance, nothing in documentation about automatic cancellation
