Staff was excellent from front desk to back office assistant to tech. My issue was with dressing rooms. Not very accommodating to physical needs. Small stand, can hold items, but not much more. Extremely hard to change, really difficult if need to sit to take off shoes let alone other clothes. No hand rail either. Rooms need a regular bench to use. Very difficult if any physical issues. The person who took me back, a very young person. She needs to know how to deal with people. No type of compassion what so ever. If I was not focused on finding out why I am having so much pain, I would have walked out on doing my MRI. Please teach them, they never know who they may have to interact with.

They say your appointment is at 11:30 at 12:15. They still haven’t called you back.. Cleared the whole waiting room. Don’t pick this Location. You will be waiting in a while…

Was referred by my primary physician for an abdominal ultrasound. I originally walked into this location unaware it was appointments only. The receptionist was nice enough to help me schedule an appointment for the next available appointment which was a week out from that day, and it was at a different location. Here we are a week later, second attempt, i show up to the location where i was told i had an appointment, on 2nd st and brown in old town. When I visited them I was in immense pain, so I opted to pay cash, rather than wait for insurance to approve. A few months later, I was going in circles with them and the doctor’s office to get information required to obtain reimbursement from my insurance company. Nobody seemed to know how to provide the information. So these guys decided to go ahead and BILL MY INSURANCE FOR THE PROCEDURE I ALREADY PAID FOR!
