Horrible experience. The tech that took me in to start an iv was cold and could care less about how I was feeling regarding my anxiety. The tech that performed the CT scan was even worse. I have a terrible fear of enclosed space and she could also care less. No compassion, never smiled just cold as ice. She could see I could hardly get off the table when it was over and never offered a hand to help me up. This is unacceptable care.. Get out of the medical field if your so miserable with your jobs.
Waited less than five minutes. Check in was quick and easy. The technician was very professional and friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend this facility.
SMIL Fountain Hills is excellent. The personnel in all functions are polite, friendly and professional. The facility is very accessible with good parking. I’ve never had a long wait for treatments: basic MRI; X-ray; Bone Density. Just a bit disappointed they don’t have a full range of MRI options
I've had to come here a few times for some imaging recently and every healthcare professional that has seen me has been very personable and kind. I also love all the blue inside. The atmosphere makes it inviting and at ease. The office staff is great too. Always greeted when I come in. Much appreciated 😊
The folks in Fountain Hills are friendly and gentle. First I had an X-ray of my shoulder in anticipation of having an MRI. Both procedures went smoothly. I hardly had to wait. Then I went back for an "X-ray with contrast" for my esophagus. It's convenient to make appointments online, especially since there are long waits by phone. I walked over for my scheduled procedure.
