This is my 5th time here and it’s great every time. I prefer these machines over all the other hospitals even. Also, Jersey at the front counter is great! Had an excellent time checking in.

Nice facility but some who are employed here should not be public facing and would be better suited for a back office position. One in particular is the young woman (Jersey) at the reception desk. She can be rude and unfriendly. Our interaction (both times I was there) was unpleasant. What gives?

I've always had good experiences at SMIL, both in Scottsdale and in Fountain Hills. The "front office" staff is always friendly, helpful and the techs are the same as well as being very knowledgeable in their work. I had to use a different service once this past year due to some insurance issues and trying to get an appointment set up was a chore, something I've never had a problem with at SMIL.

Admitting got me checked in quickly, recommend doing all the online paperwork, only had one form to fill out. Was taken back for appointment before I completed, changed and had my MRI completed in a very reasonable amount of time. The staff was friendly and helpful.
