The office person was friendly on the phone and in person. Mr. Smietanski was polite and somewhat personable in discussing his "old school" ways such as wearing a wind-up watch. He wrote all of my information on a legal pad (it would have saved a lot of time if he would have had me provide my name, address, phone number, and email address myself). This picks and chooses there cases. Just because your issue falls in their expertise does not mean that they will take the case. They they send you to a phone number where are on hold for 15-45 minutes and then the number disconnects on you. I do not recommend.
