They were extremely helpful, pleasant and quick and we received excellent care.
I recently fell and went to the walk in and was treated quickly and with care. X-ray immediately and found the break. Temporary set in a partial cast as I was leaving town. Advised on next steps as I needed orthopedic surgeon. Staff and nurse practitioner were kind and attentive.
I've been here three times for my family, they are efficient and kind. Big fan of everyone I've interacted with here.
My recent experience at this doctor’s office was extremely disappointing. Upon arriving at the walk-in clinic, I expected a reasonable level of assistance but was met with significant delays without any explanation. The receptionist at the front desk was unfriendly and outright rude, which made the situation even more frustrating. I made an appointment and still ended up waiting ~3 hours. I eventually saw a nurse practitioner, the appointment lasted ~10 minutes. I received a COVID test + Lyme test and they charged me ~$1300. I'm not making this mistake again!
