First time in all my many Maine vacations, I had to visit a walk in clinic. The staff was very friendly and I didn't have to wait at all. I felt very comfortable there and am very pleased with my treatment! My prescription was ready and waiting for me at the pharmacy. Excellent experience!
If I could give a rating of 0 I would. The most unprofessional medical experience I’ve ever encountered. From the check-in all the way through to their customer service. At least they’re consistent!
Extremely disappointed with the complete lack of urgency and basic care. I arrived severely ill, disoriented, and literally ready to collapse on the floor. Rather than offering assistance or immediate medical attention, the first window staff member turned me away to another line, and the second insisted on running through a checklist for my driver's license while I was about to pass out.
