Super upset with the staff this evening. Normally they're great! I've never witnessed staff mocking a patient because they were upset. Regardless if it was drugs or mental heath the way they laughed at this patient was super unprofessional and uncalled for. I wont be back.. Made me sick to my stomach to see it. I ended up leaving without being seen! Zero stars for tonight's staff 😡
