This Doctor has been wrong since the beginning of a pregnancy. She said the babies prognosis wasn’t good for the birth defect, and suggested abortion. We’ll the child lived and again she was wrong and said the baby would last but a couple of hrs or days. The hospital didn’t provide food to said infant for 2 days because mothers milk didn’t come in. Finally after the mother complained and wanted milk they finally brought nursing milk. The baby was eating on day 3 but wasn’t given enough milk and started getting dehydrated. Da... read more

Not so much about Dr. Florman but about appropriate post-op care. Had fusion 3 levels in my neck. I was given no post-op appointments. I did get a "Hi, how are you doing 2 min phone call at about 6 weeks, and an X-ray local to me about which I never got results. That was the extent of the post-op care for my major instrumented neck surgery.

Entire staff is very friendly and professional. Rachel Coats and Meghan Gilbert put together a plan which allows me to gain strength and progress in healthy increments which can be maintained long term. My daughter will be doing PT with SMHC Sports Performing Center after knee surgery, I am confident this team is our best option for a full recovery.

They decided to put a "closed for the day" sign in the door rather than call to tell me my 7:15 am appointment was cancelled. Please be somewhat considerate in the future and make the 30 second phone call.

I went to the emergency room because I have Covid and I cannot stop coughing. and I cannot sleep.I have a number of allergies to medications The nurses were kind. The doctor, however, was arrogant, patronizing, unkind, and refused to help me.He said that I should just endure the pain and he wasn't going to give me anything for pain or anything to help my cough. His name was Andrew J Crouter.

The staff at SMHC sports performance center are amazing. They have pushed me past my comfort zones and helped maximize my skills on and off the field. They have helped me battle through an ACL and shoulder injury while giving me all the proper tools to be back on the field as soon as possible. SMHC provides a great environment to work out and better yourself as an athlete physically as well as mentally.

Receptionists are rude ableist and hate their jobs. If they re not yelling at you they r yelling at each other. A place that cant hire professional staff I cant trust with my CHILDREN's meds and appointments. Expect an email, Im moving out of your business

Inadequate health care. Scheduling issues. PCPs consistently leave. Consistent prescription issues. Age discrimination.

Dr Russell has worked with our family through a unique diagnosis. He is patient (I always have too many questions), explains rationale perfectly and loves his job and his patients. Dr Russell is a no BS guy and an outstanding clinician. We have been blessed to have him in our lives.
